In Nieve Class the children are able to have naps, flexible hours and are given that extra bit of love and care that they need at this stage. We have a big focus on physical needs and supporting the children to really develop their gross motor skills they need for crawling and walking.
We continue to also develop social skills and communication but our priority is always that the children feel safe, happy and loved.
Play Explore Learn
At Ombu we believe in learning through play. It is through play children will develop communication, social skills and problem solving strategies that will help them grow into strong independent learners. From their very first day at Ombu we use this love of play to guide their learning and their physical and social skills that they will need for the rest of their lives. In addition to their class teacher and guias the children at Ombu have different classes taught by specialists, including, Yoga, Parkour and Jammy Music. We believe in high ratio of adults to children to give them love and support and help guide their personalised learning journey.
